I use it in sauces but I like the idea of just smearing it on a piece of bread or crackers :) It makes the house smell delicious too :)

Working on maintaining at 140!

Roasted garlic is more mellow than raw so you can use it many ways. One clove of roasted garlic has LOTS of flavor and is a consistency you can spread. Try eating it with vegetables, meats, as sandwich spread, etc. If you like garlic you can find ways to eat it emoticon

My SparkPeople email this morning had a recipe in it for herb roasted garlic. I enjoy the taste of garlic in sauces, dips, and on pizza etc.

The recipe shows an entire garlic sprinkled with herbs - how is that served; whole, cut up or .. .. .. ? Is it added to a main course perhaps, for flavor, or do you eat as is?
