Yes. Near the top of the page, click on the the "Healthy Lifestyle" tab (2nd from the right). Scroll down and you'll see "Spark Recipes". Once you click on that, you'll be directed to sparkrecipes.com. The 2nd tab on that page is the recipe calculator. Just enter in the required information and it will tell you the nutrition information. You can also choose to share the recipe with the online community :)
Once you save the recipe, you will have the option of adding the recipe to your meal planner.
