I wanted to have some Asian-inspired food, so I bought all kinds of things off the shelf ... hmmmmm... I have 4 iterations of the Ginger Chicken stir fry! That's how many times it took to try and get it right -- and I still find it FAAARRRRRR too salty! YIPES! But I found that it's not that difficult to cook this food if you have the right ingredients. I just have to practice a little more. I enjoy learning about new, healthier foods!
