Three weeks ago I discovered I am gluten intolerant. Still learning how to deal with it, but feel so much better. I'm desparate for bread/cookie/cracker recipes. I don't like the store bought GF bread, so I've eliminated sandwiches from my meal planning. Sometimes I have lettuce wraps.
Be kind and understanding to every person you meet. They're fighting a battle that you know nothing about.

we are GF here too (lactose as well).. I recently joined GFcuisine.com... it's 10$/mt but every Thursday they have 7 meals (you chose 5 but could print out all 7) and it compiles a grocery list too! I've been using it for 3 weeks and love it... I typically use about 3 meal ideas a week... plus they are working on getting weight watchters PP points on each recipie (if you use that)... I really enjoy it!
