I do most days and I find that I am actually thirsty quite a bit. However, there are days where I feel bloated and drinking the water makes it worse and it becomes a chore. Actually, today is one of those days.

We're supposed to drink the same number of ounces of water as our weight? That doesn't sound right...a 100 pound person is supposed to drink 64 oz., right? that's not 1 oz per pound. I am at 261 pounds right now and I'm certainly not drinking that much water!!!

I easily drink 64 oz. I think I have an oral fix so I.m always drinking ( thank the almighty I love water ) I'm 330 lbs and I love water but to drink your wt in ozs of water sounds crazy for someone my size

I drink at least 64 oz, usually more. I use the Propel drink mixes (electrolytes and vitamins) and I love them, so that helps me get my water intake up. Also, having a good water bottle that I take EVERYWHERE has been a help, too. Polar Bottles are fabulous -- they are dishwasher safe, they don't sweat, and they keep the water cold for several hours. I have two so that I can have one in the dishwasher and one to use. The sport bottles hold 24 oz and the ergo bottle holds 22 oz, I have one of each. Also, if you order from the company's website, you can even get the bottle personalized. I have had many different water bottles over the years, and the Polar Bottle is my favorite by far.

It took me a while to ramp up my water intake, now I drink throughout the day and don't think twice about it! Water has always been my drink of choice, room temp all the time, heated in the winter. Love it!
Usually I do because I have cut soda completely from my diet unless I'm at a fast food place on occasion. I usually have green tea, plain water, or those crystal light regular or energy packets, they are awesome and only 10 calories a packet aka 0 pts on weight watchers. I try and drink 64 oz a day thats my goal. Don't always quite get there though. I forget to drink and usually misinterpret my lack of water for lack of food and eat instead. One of my first goals is to change that habit and drink more H2O

In the beginning it was hard to get passed 3-4 glasses but since my kidney surgery I don't have a huge issue..I can get up to 67.2 oz after that it's a struggle so what I do is make myself a cup of tea on my keurig and it tends to make my throat dry but it makes drinking that last bit of water easier to get down.
Exercise has many psychological benefits including renewed confidence and self esteem.

Even though this time of year (January to March) is usually my downtime of the year, I always drink 1.5-2 gallons a day, if I can; this time of year I usually drink about 1 gallon a day, maybe a tiny bit more. But, when it's my running seasons, I am always pounding through it; 1.5 to 2 gallons. Though you don't really need this much, I have noticed a great deal of improvement in my overall health because of it! Better skin, my brain functions better and quicker (the brain is mostly water!), and other small details. Part of why I go over the suggested amount is that I refuse to forfeit my love of beer and wine - I have 1 beer a day, sometimes 2, and I usually will sit with a small glass of wine daily and read - even a small drink dehydrates you a fair bit. Besides...I think there's good reason that beer, wine, and water have been the main fluids of choice for mankind dating back before history records...SODA is not one of the drinks recorded. :P
And, yes...I pee constantly! XD

yes. I fill up a couple of 1 liter bottles of water every night and put them in the fridge that way by the next day they are nice and cold. Then when I finish them I set them on the counter so I know how much I drank that day. for me that is the only way I can keep count. I am a stay at home mom to 6 kids so need I need to keep track of everything easily without having to write down yet another thing. I also make sure I am drinking with each meal, taking a drink or two between each bite. I have noticed better skin, appetite control and better digestion!
