You can use the Spark Recipe Calculator,Or/
You can go to Wal-Mart and buy the
"The Calorie King" book for $7.99. It is called -Calorie, Fat, & Carbohydrate counter. Or/ go on the web--to Calorie King.com.... I have my copy at home and been using it for years. I love it & I take my with me everywhere. emoticon

Is there a tool here or anywhere on the web where I can enter my recipes and number of servings and have it tell me how many calories are in each serving?
