Have you ever tried goats milk? It really tastes alot like 3% milk and isnt that bad. I use it all the time. Oh and there are also goat yogurts which are awesome!! Also rice, almond, or soy milk.

I'm lactose intolerant also. I use lactaid milk and I take calcium supplements daily, besides getting in veggies, etc.

Try adding sweet potato to your diet as well.

If it is to be, it is up to me.

Do the best you can with your diet, but try adding a supplement as well? I take a 2/day Calcium + D to make up for my dietary deficiencies. I'm nearly-vegan and also lactose intolerant, so I feel your pain : ) If you're into fortified cereals/granola bars, you might be able to get some in those.

I'm having trouble getting enough calcium without eating dairy products. I know about almonds, spinach, etc. as calcium sources, but I'd have to eat more of it than I can stand to get enough calcium. Is my only option to take supplements?

Anyone else dealing with this? Thanks!
