I usually add 1/2 a banana but didn't have one in.
Sometimes I add 1 slice of crumbled bacon.. a little goes a LONG way.

I had the most delicious breakfast. I was in a hurry, so I just threw it together and it was great. I had a Thomas's Everything Thin Bagel, topped it with a Laughing Cow Garden Vegetable cream cheese wedge and then sliced a tomato to make a sandwich. Less than 200 calories! I think I might add an egg this morning!

Sautéed a big bunch of swiss chard, mushrooms, onions and bell peppers, then cracked an egg on top of that, put the lid on until the egg set. Slid that off onto a plate with some sliced avocado. Tasted good and looked really nice too. :)

H/M smoothie made with Vanilla yogurt, strawberries, frozen banana and Crystal light fruit punch before feeding the kids. Turkey sausage & Egg Beaters omelette w/ roasted potatoes after their meal was cleaned up. 422 calories, but it kept me all morning while chasing 9 kids on their summer break. ;)

nutra grain bar, special K bar, coffee with 1 tbsp of cream and the homemade strawberry custard I made yesterday. This is only because I am on vacation so I can have something different than I usually do when I work. It is still under 400 calories.

I juiced six carrots, six stalks of celery, one heart of romaine lettuce, a half a cucumber, and an apple (all organic). Very tasty and surprisingly filling.
