Divide it into 4 equal portions or if you have a food scale, weigh all the food and then divide and weigh up 4 portions.

How would you calculate a serving if something say's serves 4 how much of that can I actually have is a serving a cup or is it 1/4 of a cup not really sure how that works...Having troubles when I have to make enough for the family on breaking it down...
