I made Chef Meg's Three Cheese Macaroni last night. I left out the turkey bacon for Meatless Monday at my house and I was surprised at just how good low fat mac n cheese could be. Will definitely use her recipe from now on with a few variations!
As a cookbook collector and a pretty good cook I can't wait to investigate Moosewood Cookbook, one I don't have nor have I heard off. Always looking for quicker healthy meals that's for sure...Thanks!
