Wow thanks! That helps a lot! The dujon mustard sounds really good, I'll have to try that sometime.

Crispbread is just thinly sliced, flat piece of "bread" thats shaped like bread, but tastes more like a cracker. It's hard to explain. I think it's swedish or norwegian? You should try it sometime, it's very cheap, healthy, and really good!!!

Well now there are several options you could use...as well as spice up the tuna.

You could use plain yogurt, or my personal fav a mix of dijon mustard and yogurt, then I always add dill weed and onion and garlic powder and curry powder to tuna for an extra kick...I'm not sure what crisp bread is but I spread my tuna on bread and then top with a slice of cheese and broil until the cheese melts...sometimes if I'm at work I don't use bread (no toaster here) but just mix it in a bowl and add some cheese and heat it in the microwave and eat it with crackers. Sometimes I add a chopped up boiled egg for an extra boost of protein. Diced celery adds a nice crunch too...oh there are just so many ways to do tuna. I'm making myself hungry now.

I came up with this recipe today when I was craving tuna fish! Let me know what you guys think? It's pretty much low in everything (cals, sodium, etc). The only thing I do not like is that it was made with Mayo (I did, however, use reduced fat mayo that was made with olive oil). Does anybody know what I could use to replace it?
