MY SECOND SURGERY WENT REALLY GOOD THANKS FOR THE PAYERS AND CONCERNS. SPARK PEOPLE ARE SPECIAL. HAVE A GOOD CHRISTMAS AND A GOOD WEIGHT LOSS NEXT YEAR. BEING HEALTHIER IS THE PRIZE.

LAST OCT. I HAD A TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT AND HAVE ANOTHER ONE TO GO. BUT IN MARCH THE HOSPITAL I WORK AT STARTED THE SPARK FOR LIFE. FROM THAT DAY MY LIFE CHANGED. I HAVE LOST 68LBS. AND HAVE 50LBS. MORE TO LOSE. THIS FRIDAY I AM GOING IN FOR MY OTHER KNEE SURGERY. THIS TIME I AM IN BETTER SHAPE AND WEIGH ALOT LESS. WORKING 12 HOURS A DAY IN THE HOSPITAL , YOU WOULD THINK I WAS IN GOOD SHAPE. I WAS WRONG, BUT I KNOW I AM NOW. SO THANKS TO SAINT JOSEPH LONDON AND SPARKPEOPLE. emoticon
