Welcome to Spark. I'm sorry you have lost your dad and it's surely understandable it's been an emotional time for you. But good for you for being aware of how your emotions impacted your eating patterns. I think picking up on that is so important.

I was doing pretty good with weight and exercise until this past July when my dad passed away. I have not been able to get back on track and have gained 10 pounds back. However, it is more than just this...I don't have the right frame of mind. I am an emotional eater and sabotage myself. Hoping to make some positive changes.
