I have been a SparkPeople member for years! In 2005, I had gastric bypass surgery when I weighed 287 lbs. At my lowest point (weight wise) I dropped over 150 pounds and kept under 150 for quite some time. Here I am divorced and remarried since then - but my current husband and I love eating together and hanging out together and I am back up to 175 pounds and would like to get back to my "sweet spot" of 145. I'm looking back to my SparkPeople community to help me along my newest journey. I can do this!! I know I can!! By the way - my husband is very supportive and is going on a diet and exercise plan with me, as he too wants to shed some excess weight and get in better shape. :)
