You have come to the right place! There is a lot of information and support here. Don't let it overwhelm you. Take it in baby steps...move for at least 10 minutes each day ( there are great free short workout videos on Spark) and reduce your portion sizes just a little. Then you can build on that.
Log all of your food, the good, bad and the ugly. After a week or so, look at your nutrition tracker to see your habits and where you can make some healthy swaps.
