After 18 years of marriage I took the terrifying step of leaving my husband this past June. I did not want a divorce but he had cheated many times and left me no choice. I am on my own now with our 8 yr old daughter and our teenage boys have chosen to stay with him at the farm. It is very easy to succumb to depression and allow myself to wallow, but today is a a good day and I have decided to take a good friends advice and take this transition period to focus on my own well being.
