I suggest NOT eating the extra calories. My range was 1250-1500 when losing and I aimed for the 1250, averaging 1300 daily. When exercising heavily (5-6 days weekly), my range would go up to 1560-2000 depending on the day. I stayed at 1300 calories. I reached my goal at just under 1 year with a 135# loss.

I hope you are enjoying your weight loss journey. I am having so much fun! I have a question my daily calories are 1500, when I exercise they can go up to as much as 1800. Does this mean I have to eat the full 1800 calories? I'm really struggling with this because it's a struggle trying to get those extra calories down.
