Hi, I'm an active, happy woman who wants to shed a couple of extra pounds. I'm using a technique that seems to work really well so far. Its making a short positive encouraging message to myself that I listen to a few times a day (especially when I'm feeling tired). I read about it in a short and fun book on Kindle, called "Size 12 to Size 6: Replacing Self Sabotaging Thoughts and Lose Weight Easily." It helped me years ago, and I have kept off the weight, and now I am using it to get rid of the last couple of pounds. I look forward to hearing other tips from friends on this site. Rachel
