This is a great site to help you reach your goals. Just start with small changes you can do consistently. They will add up over time. If you are not use to exercise, start with 10 minutes a day. For food just try eating smaller portions at first and then add a healthier option. Over time you will begin to enjoy the healthier choices.

I am a 32 year old mother of four. I have three daughters - ages 13, 11 and 5 and one son - age 8. My husband started dieting about 2 months ago and he's lost about 30 lbs already. I have been trying to do things with him a little at a time, but I discovered that I need more help than that. I have a lot of weight to lose. I would like to lose at least 100 lbs eventually. I could probably lose even more than that. I'm a very picky eater. I tried to eat a salad the other day (really just lettuce, because I don't like any sauces or dressings) and it made me nauseous! I am nervous about such a big change, but I know it's important. I want to be healthier and teach my children to be healthier. I lost my father when I was 11 and I don't want to put my children through that. I would appreciate any help and encouragement that anyone is willing to offer!
