Hi Mary. I have been a member for a few years and also am making my way back. I definitely need to make changes. I am easily tempted by the diet gimmicks and saw a video on facebook that I had to resist, so I decided to visit good old SparkPeople to see if I could get motivated. I did really well exercising and tracking nutrition yesterday. Let's see if I can make it two days in a row.
