My name is Nicole and I have been working on my for 5 years now since my weight randomly went drastically up. I have bounce up and down from 130-170 for the last 3 years. Right now I am at the higher end after quitting smoking and eating instead of smoking. For the past 3 months though I have gone back to a healthy eating stopped the bad snacking and have been exercising daily but the weight just wont drop. I am hoping by tracking my eating and exercise I can see what I might be doing wrong and or get advice at what might be wrong.
