Welcome - eating late in the evening is sometimes challenging for blood sugar control. I find that something with protein works best and avoiding too many carbs is best for my own bs control. If you are eating your dinner that late, lean proteins and veggies work best for me. If you are just talking about a snack, peanut butter and toast, cheese and crackers, or a serving of yogurt seem to work best.
