Welcome. You will find many good articles on Diabetes here at SP. I know that protein is very important. Wishing you the best on your journey.

If you make the unconditional commitment to reach your most important goals, if the strength of your decision is sufficient, you will find the way and the power to achieve your goals.

Welcome - eating late in the evening is sometimes challenging for blood sugar control. I find that something with protein works best and avoiding too many carbs is best for my own bs control. If you are eating your dinner that late, lean proteins and veggies work best for me. If you are just talking about a snack, peanut butter and toast, cheese and crackers, or a serving of yogurt seem to work best.

With love and caring from Nancy ... wishing all of you a wonderful, blessed, and precious day.

I am looking to lower my blood sugar. I have two part time jobs and don't get home until about 8:45. So I need some suggestions as to what would be good to eat so late at night!!!
