I'm back again! I tried Sparkpeople years ago but it just wasn't working for me, I needed a diet that is more convenient, less time consuming. I've tried fitpal too but the time consumption of keep track of everything I do on a daily basis is too stressful, I just don't have that time. I lost 40lbs on the Game On diet, which was easier for me due to no diary tracking. But I gained back 30 of those pounds so now I'm starting over again. Although not actually playing game on I will use the basis of the game. So I plan on using both Game On and SparkPeople now to hopefully help take these nasty pounds back off. The one thing about Game On that I miss terribly is the group effort, I talked to someone at least once per week, so if anyone cares to add me please feel free, I would love the team support.

My name is Anna and I started Sparkpeople a year ago. I really like your profile picture. I ride horses seldomly, but my fiance's family owns three so they hold a special place in my heart. Your weight loss goal is very similar to the one I had when I first started Sparkpeople. I weighed 156 and my goal was 125 lbs. I know that you can do it because I did! Just stay on point with your water, food, and exercise and you'll get there. I found it extremely motivating to surround myself with images or blogs that were fitness related. So, for example, on my Facebook/Instgram I followed fitness bloggers/competitors. Right now I enjoy watching youtubes/facebook posts/blogs from Truly Jess (she almost always posts a video/pictures daily) and Sarah Dussault. Another thing I would suggest, if you are attending Dalton State investigate if they have fitness classes. I took a fitness class at my university for course credit and I learned so much about strength training that now I incorporate a lot of it into my workout routines. Strength training was something I knew absolutely nothing about, but many believe it is an important part of weight loss. Another tip, I love cooking so I tried to incorporate the food I loved into my cooking when I was dieting hardcore. So I looked up recipes on this site and others that were healither versions of what I liked eating. Plus, you run into so many other recipes you want to try! Before long I found myself with so many recipes for food that I wasn't bored with the same old salad for lunch everyday. I hightly recommend simplytaralynn.com. Go to her recipes page and you will find more recipes than you'll know what to do with! I did reach my goal of 125, incase my profile has reset to my current goal. I want to get back down to 125, my weight balanced out at 130 (which I'm fine with) but I'm trying to maintain the weight I have lost and find a healthy way to 125 lbs that I can keep consistently. Hi there. I am beginning a new adventure in my life...a Gluten Free Diet. I also need to shed about 30 pounds. What better way to become successful than to join with lots of people with the same goals.. I was a WW for many, many years, but just couldn't get back into the swing of it! I was elated when I found this site. I am looking forward to what this site has to offer...
