Hello,

I think it is awesome you have lost 34 lbs!!!! You are an inspiration to me. I have just restarted in spark after several years of going back to school. I am over 270lbs right now which is heavier than I have ever been in my life. I know beating myself will not help - but NOT giving up will so I encourage you to keep on taking the time to post and reply to spark and track your food. Our bodies need motion and it feels good too. Keep up the good work and know I am right there with you!

Hi everyone! Back in March, I stepped on my bathroom scale and was shocked (kinda) to see the numbers 287 come up on the screen. I was sad that I had let myself reach almost 300 pounds. I mean 300 pounds!! It was then and there I knew had to do something. I started to change my habits, my way of thinking, and especially what it was I was eating. I learned about clean eating and started a Zumba and Pilates class. I am now 34 pounds lighter, I can do a crunch, I can breathe while walking......... hell I can even run a little! It isn't easy but determination has gotten me this far but I am needing support now to continue. It isn't easy for sure.
Looking forward to meeting some of you!
