Welcome to SparkPeople and its great you have set goals you want to achieve ;)

Just a small suggestion if you like, try to break up your weight loss goal or it may seem daunting and you may lose hope. Also having a time frame to lose the weight will help. Personally speaking I want to lose 30kg long term, approx 6-8months. And 4kg in the next month or so =)
