You are moving in the right direction. This site is full of good resources and encouragement. It helps to find a couple of teams to join, since it makes the experience more personal. One you might like to join initialy is the "Official 10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge" which encourages you to start with the small change of committing to ten minutes of exercise daily, and build from there. It's a good group of folks. :)
