First off warmest welcome to Spark People. It's going to be a hard journey but stay committed & consistent. Set up your spark page so you can log everything (fitness & food) as well as adding friends and receiving messages. Search this site for recipes and plan meals for the week...Food prep is a big key. Tupperware or brown bagging works. It's about 80% is nutrition and the rest is activity. Try something new whether it be food or activity. In order for your body to change you have to change your mind. Listen if you need an accountability partner let me know. Stay committed in this journey!!!

Looking to be a supporting member as well as seek additional motivation and support. Weight has been creeping up again and I need to change to a healthier lifestyle. Back to the gym and less emotional eating.
