Well, I have done this a million times and mange to lose a few pounds. I been on the Atkins diet and had some success. I am diabetic and really need to lose weight. I am going to try and give this my best, but I just seems that this diet allows too many carbs. Any suggestions or input? Please comment, I would appreciate any pointers or encouragement. By the way, I am 300 pounds and carry it well, but I want to be healthy.
