In the past for me, when I wasn't losing weight but was active was because I wasn't eating enough. I know that sounds counter productive but your body thinks it is going to starve so it stores fat. The other thing I learned was doing the same exercises over and over my body learned to adapt to this and didn't work as hard before.

I am recently active in the last couple years. I have always been about average at 5'7 and 165-170 pounds. In the past few months I'm down to 155-160 and I'm finding it hard to reach my goal weight of 140ish. I'm running/IT two miles almost daily. I have some weight training stuff that I do 2-3 times a week and I play racquetball and/or ultimate frisbee during the week. I feel like I'm fairly consistent so my only guess is its my diet. That is going to be the hard part! I need a support group BAD! I life in the mountains and don't know a lot of people so I need you fine ladies and gentleman to work along side me to accomplish a similar goal!
