Hi! Going to the pool and walking in there can help with the stress on joints. You can walk in the water for resistance or even swim if you like. Swimming can help move the joints with less weight on them. Hope this helps =)

Do you have a gym membership? The elliptical trainer is NO impact and has been very helpful for me when my knee is bad. I used the stationary bike to rehab my knee when I first started SP, but sometimes that adds MORE strain!

emoticon on your success so far!

Trying to loose weight for knee replacement later this year (Nov.) and although I'm loosing weight (280-269 since 4/7/14), I need exercises that won't put any additional stress on my knees. My favorite exercise is walking, but can't do much of that without pain. Can't get down on the floor, cause it's painful to squat and bend. My work is sedentary. Right now, I'm taking green coffee pills and limiting my carbs.

Thanks for any suggestions, recommendations.
