You can find videos with very short workouts on SP. Look for videos you can follow and do what fits into your schedule. Add small steps throughout your day - take the stairs instead of the elevator, and wear a pedometer to count your steps. Healthy eating is about 80% of the weight loss equation, so look for more natural, nutritious foods like fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and high fiber foods. You can make this happen.

Counting points and I've lost 6 pounds so far... I'm happy about it but work a very tight schedule which means less gym time, and eating has to be a fine line. However, what are some great exercises and eating that I can do to help lose 152 pounds...Anyone???
