I have been where you are multiple times. What is helping me this go round is getting the Spark Activity Tracker (SPAT). Seeing those lights going all the way around are my motivation to keep moving. If they are short, I now make myself move a little more. In late March, I started with only doing barely 3,000 steps daily. Now as of end of May, I average over 7,000 steps daily. Since March, I've lost 9 pounds because the SPAT keeps me moving.

I fell off the wagon...AGAIN! But that's ok. I am not perfect and I make mistakes, but I learn from them. So now I am starting over. Baby steps this time.
