Welcome to Spark!

You will find a lot of support here, and in my experience, the best support I have found has been from Spark Teams. There are so many to choose from; just explore and see what you like; there are teams based on the number of pounds you want to lose, health conditions, hobbies; etc. so many things!

I would also suggest creating a Spark page where other members can interact with you and offer support, and you might want to try blogging too; I've gotten a tremendous amount of support through friends I have made that have read my blogs.

I can't keep going on like this. I can't walk without huffing & puffing. My clothes are getting tight (again) I've gained over 100 pounds in 20 years. I'm closer to 250 than 200. I used to think I didn't care but now I just realize I had given up.
