Hi everyone -
For what seems like the 15,000th time, I am rededicating myself to living a healthier lifestyle. In the past, I've completely overhauled my eating, developed an exercise routine and lost good amounts of weight. But, I always revert back to old habits and balloon up again. This time, I think I'll try baby steps. Maybe trying only one or two new habits, keeping them going for a couple weeks and then adding in a couple more. I'll plan to start with drinking 8 glasses of water a day and exercising 30 minutes a day. I'm so frustrated, desperate and out of control with my eating that I don't know the best place to start. Any thoughts/suggestions are welcome.
