Welcome back, and baby steps are definitely a great place to start! Take it one day at a time, and try not to worry when you make a mistake - just do a little bit every day towards being happier and healthier and before you know it you'll be reaching your goals!

It's okay to rededicate yourself. In fact, go ahead and do it every day! Keep going, keep trying, it's never too late to do things that make you feel good. A little or a lot—it doesn't matter, as long as you're trying!
Hi you sound just like me im the same I always start off well lose weight start to feel and look great then before I know im back to my old self bingeing and then feeling like crap. If you fancy buddying up and motivating each other id be happy to do that :-D x

For what seems like the 15,000th time, I am rededicating myself to living a healthier lifestyle. In the past, I've completely overhauled my eating, developed an exercise routine and lost good amounts of weight. But, I always revert back to old habits and balloon up again. This time, I think I'll try baby steps. Maybe trying only one or two new habits, keeping them going for a couple weeks and then adding in a couple more. I'll plan to start with drinking 8 glasses of water a day and exercising 30 minutes a day. I'm so frustrated, desperate and out of control with my eating that I don't know the best place to start. Any thoughts/suggestions are welcome.
