HI, Serena! I suggest that you check out the Sparkteams (under the community tab above) to find others with thyroid issues. You can do it!

my name is serena I just restarted my spark page and deleted the other one since every thing is different when I started my weight loss I was 235 pounds and I am now 150 pounds. I lost my last 20 because I have graves and hyperthyroidism I have just had the treatment to make my thyroid smaller and the doctor told me I will gain it back. I want to do everything to make sure this does not happen. I still would like to lose 10 pounds. I have been on sparks off and on for 10 years and trust that I will find away to get help and keep it off or at least stay where I am.
