Hello Sparkpeople!! I joined way back in 2009, prior to my second child. My goal back then.....to lose 10-15 pounds before I had baby #2.
I had #2 in Nov 2009, never lost the weight before, and found it very difficult to shed the baby weight after my son was born.
At the beginning of 2012, the year I turned 30, I thought I really need to do something and get back in shape and now try to lose 20 pounds.
I logged back into the iphone food tracker app and started my weight loss journey again.
I worked really hard for the first four months of the year, and can't believe that I reached my goal of 20 pounds, and was the smallest I'd been in many years, I was extremely happy with myself, and forgot to continue with my regular rountine of running and eating healthy.
One year later I found that I had (like most) gained back 10 of my lost 20.......pretty depressing.
But its a new start and I look foward to shedding this 10!!
I currently am 31 yrs old, mother of two, work full time (at a desk) 9hrs a day.
5'8", and 150lbs, hoping to get to 140, and stay there this time!!
I am committed to clean eating and running on my treadmill. I love candy, so limiting my sugar intake is a goal to over come as well.
