I'm a 24 year old male who is in the professional field.
I am here to get my body back, I used be in amazing shape before I started a desk job and bought a house. Now all I do is eat a lot when I get home. It seems like an addiction to me. I also got a puppy and take her on walks every day for 30 minutes but that does not help my weight loss.
I used to be 155 and now I am 187 and its embarrassing. I need motivation, very hard motivation because I have none. I feel as if I failed to keep my weight in check. If you guys have any tips for me to get back in shape I would appreciate it.
