I really need to change my lifestyle for the rest of my life. I have lost 89# before and know it was super hard work. I was going to a gym and working with a personal trainer who I loved and knew all the employees in the gym. They all encouraged me and I was amazed at how much I really enjoyed the gym and my trainer had faith in me when I didn't.

Well life happened, my gym peeps fell away, I changed gyms, got into a bad relationship with a guy from the gym (Jim in the gym) and just soured on the whole gym scene. gained all my weight back..

Now I'm older and back to my highest weight ever and just don't know if I have it in me to do all that hard work again. But I'm reading that I don't have to KILL myself in the gym every day like I use to to get results.

So I'm back, wanting to be gentler and slower about this and really needing to connect back to myself and my body.
