I am lucky enough to be entering a new phase in my life: Retirement. So far it has been wonderful in all aspects other than how I feel about my health and appearance. Fortunately, my health is good other than a few aches and pains. However, I know that now is the time to lose the 30 pounds that I keep losing and gaining (mostly gaining). Losing the weight will keep me healthy and make my life much more enjoyable. I am so tired of wearing the same few clothes because most of my clothes either don't fit or look awful.

I am hoping to learn, support and be motivated by this group.
