Hi, welcome to Spark! emoticon I think you will love it here ~ it is a wonderful community of people who are making the changes needed to be healthy and active.

My story is too long to tell in the post, but a couple of the big changes I have made are upping my miles from 1 mile a day to 4 too 6 miles per day, adding weight training, and cutting out sugar.

You have come to the right place for support and inspiration!

Hey Everybody!

Just joined and am loving the site. I would love to hear from you as well. I am currently on a weight loss ambition of about 35lbs. I am on day 2 of a 7 day challenge with advocate products. I am feeling the difference already.

So what's your story.... and what do you do to lose weight.....lastly what is the biggest thing you've changed?
