All the usual issues: lifelong weight struggle, sedentary job, high stress/low sleep, done this all before but it never sticks, etc. etc. But now I'm 42 y.o. and just added another 5 lbs onto my body in two weeks. I'm the heaviest I've EVER been and this will only get more challenging as the years add on. So enough.
