My name is Ali and I'm back with spark people with a renewed vigour and commitment! I did really well with this program last year and surpassed my goal by two pounds and was thrilled. Work stresses and poor habits sent me back to old habits of skipping breakfast, coffee and muffins and little or not fruit and vegetables. I have been back on the program for the past 3 weeks and cannot believe how truly better I feel. Much more clear headed and far greater energy. I started with the fast breaks and feel terrific. Not only am I going to succeed but I am going to stick with it. I have adjusted my gyro and see this as a health issue and no longer a size issue! I am just getting back into exercise and love the spark tracker! There is something very satisfying about seeing those numbers go up every day! I was not active on the message boards in the past but can certainly how support from like minded people is going to help on this journey. I look forward to chatting and the support that comes from that. I hope that as time goes on I will be able to reciprocate!
