emoticon emoticon Linda This is the place for you. The diabetic tracker has taken me from 8.8 A1c, I used metformin. I joined Spark and I was able to get to A1c 5.2.

I got off meds then and now I am down over 50 pounds. A1c remains under 5.5 now. I was an X-ray tech and after reading articles and educating myself I will never go back to where I was.

I am 70 years young, do it while you are younger than I am.

I'm also a nurse. I would like to hear from others who are working on lowering their blood sugars as well as losing weight and increasing their exercise!
