Hi Lovage!
You just summed me up! Been a member for 2 years and have lost my motivation several times. I need to get the "bug" again and take in all the advice I can. Hope we can be there for each other through all the ups and downs of this journey!

Thanks for your message, Gypsygoth. Great that you are so close to your goal. What was your best strategy for keeping motivated?

I have also been here for years, gained back some weight while not following the program, then plateaued for years because I wasn't really trying. Then I came back at it with a vengeance and am hovering at goal weight (with some toning up yet to do).

Hi there,
I have been a member for several years, but just keep falling out of good habits. Sticking with it is my problem; emotional eating; stress; eating rather than sleeping when tired, and a really sweet tooth.
I am a mum, work full time, happily married (lucky me).
I weigh 250lbs, and I want to lose 80lbs to take me back to a confident, healthy weight.
I'm going to be 50 this summer - time to ditch the weight that has dogged me since age 10. All those years of failure and misery.
I am going to follow all this good advice and be inspired by the experiences of those who do such a good job. Please keep inspiring me!
Best wishes,
Lovage
