Hi Lovage! You just summed me up! Been a member for 2 years and have lost my motivation several times. I need to get the "bug" again and take in all the advice I can. Hope we can be there for each other through all the ups and downs of this journey!
I have also been here for years, gained back some weight while not following the program, then plateaued for years because I wasn't really trying. Then I came back at it with a vengeance and am hovering at goal weight (with some toning up yet to do).
Hi there, I have been a member for several years, but just keep falling out of good habits. Sticking with it is my problem; emotional eating; stress; eating rather than sleeping when tired, and a really sweet tooth. I am a mum, work full time, happily married (lucky me). I weigh 250lbs, and I want to lose 80lbs to take me back to a confident, healthy weight. I'm going to be 50 this summer - time to ditch the weight that has dogged me since age 10.
