Hi! I'm Barbara.
I've been on and off Spark a few times since 2010. This time I think my priorities are in order and maybe I have a REAL shot at success.
I've been back as a regular for almost two weeks on Spark. I am currently on day 32 of a 40 quest toward better living. I started sparking (again) about a week and a half ago. So many of my old friends have moved on so now I am finding myself as an almost lonely sparker. That's not good for me. I need the support and it helps me to be supportive of others as well.
So here I am... anyone out there curious about the 40 day quest? I'll be starting a new one in 9 days...April 15 will be Day 1.
The program I've been following is basic and simple. Eat healthy, move more.
My next 40 day quest is going to include goals of:
drink 5 water bottles daily
exercise 15 minutes daily
incorporate more fruits and veggies
get those 3 dairy servings in each day
daily vitamins & supplements
keep a written log of all food & exercise
This is not my first 40 day quest, so some of my goals may be different than what you want to set for yourself. It's your quest, you set your goals.
