Hi all my buddies! my name is Miles, I'm a 21 year old college student, and I'm looking to lose about 60lbs. I've been doing well lately to get my depression under control, so the biggest obstacle I'm facing with my weight loss is the decisions I made in the past. I battled bulimia throughout most of my teens, which left me with nothing but ruined teeth and a cattywampus metabolism.
My question is, have any of you successfully transitioned from an eating disorder to a healthy method of weight loss? do you have any tips/inspiration you can share?
