Welcome! Take it slow, work on a few things at a time. When you make those changes stick with them until it becomes a habit. Then move on to something else. If you try and do to much at one time you'll just frustrate yourself. Drink you 8 glasses of water and take a 30 minute walk.....that's a great start! Baby steps. We're not just losing weight we're changing our entire lifestyle and that takes time! You'll get there, be positive, patient and persistent!
