Hello again: I did not see that my last post came up. I, too, love gardening and look forward to warmer weather and opportunities to be out in the dirt. It is great exercise! I like shoveling snow, too, and that burns calories but it is getting old. Hope this posts!

hello - never mind this will happen you need to eat right and exercise and not look at the scale for a while - just push through and you will be surprised when you step on the scale in a few days time

I just joined Sparkspeople.com. I have lost 10lbs but it is at this weight that I plateau. Frustrating as it may be, I need help to break this.

Question, is gardening counted as exercise. I bend, squat, pull weeds, plant flowers and mow the lawn.
