Small steps will help you in reaching your long term goal. Don't try to change everything at one time or you may feel overwhelmed. For instance, if you drink a lot of sodas, try replacing one with a glass of water each time. After a while, you won't miss the sodas.

Hey guys hope u all doing well. Soo today is my first day using spark people. I have tried so many things in the past and failed...the reason I'm starting this today is I thought I was happy with the way I looked till I saw a picture of myself at a family get together n omg lol. I hope to lose 84lbs over the next year. Cant wait to get to know some of you. Hugs x
