Hello all. I was a member (but not active in the forums) a few years ago. I've decided to try this again. My initial motivation is a girls' trip to the beach this summer and I want to rock a 2-piece. Longer term goals are overall strength and health, feeling better, more energy, and I would love to learn to do a handstand--they just look so cool!
